August 2024 My second spot in Marcelli is also the last of my 2024 summer holiday, when it was already getting dark I have reached the seafront of Marcelli and found this cool F-Pace SVR Edition 1988, a personal first, taking pics of a dark car at the end of the sunset was surely not easy but after changing the camera settings and using flash for the front badge pic I have still managed to take some ''decent'' pics, even if sadly the dark purple paint and the golden accents that are on all Edition 1988s aren't much visible and the car looks more black than violet. Owner was really kind and even asked my carspotting Instagram account and liked some pics, he also asked the driver to wait before moving to allow me taking another front pic, even if with the strong headlights pointing at me I couldn't do anything better than what you can see in the thumbnail, but in the end the effect is not too bad and actually looks nice so I have decided to use it as a first pic. While driving back to Turin, the day later, I didn't spot any car, even if when I was not far from the end of the trip I was passed by an Urus Performante owned by a rental company from Turin, owned (and in that case also driven by) a young guy I also follow on Instagram, a few seconds after the Urus another spotworthy SUV passed me, my first ever Alpina XB7, a blue French example with a roofbox, sadly I don't have any pics as I was driving.
